Principal Julie Baird has greater than 20 years of experience. With a background as a production director in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry she has seen the hard realities of continuing to deliver during major changes. With over 20 years experience in organizational change and people development, Julie is a firm advocate of using a structured process to ensure success. During the last 15 years as a Development Consultant Julie has worked with many types of organizations in varied situations. Iain Baird

Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant Iain Baird has spent 20 years in operational management in the Pharmaceutical industry. He has directly managed API manufacturing operations for Astra Zeneca’s own products and has been involved in running contract manufacturing operations in Biologics and in DNA medicines. During the last 5 years he has managed a manufacturing and supply organization developing 3 products from preclinical through process validation while outsourcing all of the operational activities.

Works with small Biotech or Pharma companies assisting them in the selection of the right contract development or manufacturing provider, designing their process development and scale up approach and assisting with the management of the contract service provider.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY, CHANGE AND ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

Works with leaders within the organization, identifying the value adding parts of your business and ensuring that the organizational structure and business processes are designed to add maximum value. Will facilitate the implementation process to make the changes as effective as possible.

EXECUTIVE COACH

Works with individuals in critical leadership positions who are seeking to make a step change in their contribution. Work side by side with the individual over a series of days or intermittently over a number of weeks to instil the right habits for success.

DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

Tailors offerings to the specific organiz,ation’s needs and uses interactive workshop formats to introduce new concepts and allow a safe environment to practice. Follow up coaching proves valuable to ensure behavioural changes are embedded long term.
