Effective recruitment is important in any organization.  The cost of selecting the wrong people is getting higher all the time in terms of both time and money.

This 1 day workshop will enable participants to learn a structured behavioral approach to the whole recruitment process thus allowing greater confidence in selection decisions. The workshops consist of background inputs, shared experiences and job related exercises to enable the participants to apply to their own environments.

The event is suitable for anyone involved in the recruitment process.

A section on local legal implications of recruitment requires input from a local HR representative.
